The home of the British Grand Prix, Silverstone set the stage for an exciting fifth round of the Hagerty Radical Cup UK, where 360 Competition brought four cars to the grid for the first time this season. Joining regular drivers Jason Rishover, Alim Geshev, and Amir Feyzulin was new teammate Wesley Fongenie.
Qualifying got off to a promising start, with Jason Rishover securing 3rd in class, just 0.699 seconds off pole. Alim Geshev also impressed, breaking into the overall top 10, while Wesley and Amir both showed strong pace in a competitive 30-car grid. With all four drivers well-positioned, the team was ready to tackle the fast Grand Prix circuit later that afternoon.
Race 1, however, presented its challenges. A chaotic first lap at Copse saw Jason and Amir caught in the aftermath of a spinning car, forcing both to retire early. Despite the setback, Alim delivered a remarkable drive, climbing through the field to finish P4 overall. Wesley also made his mark, showing strong racecraft to secure P6 in class on his debut with the team.
The second race brought exciting wheel-to-wheel action. Jason stayed with the leading pack throughout and made a decisive move on the final lap to gain a position, crossing the line strongly. Alim and Amir both advanced in the standings, with Amir climbing two positions to finish well inside the midfield. Wesley, unfortunately, retired due to a technical issue, cutting short what had been a promising run.
The final race of the weekend was a showcase of grit and determination. Jason’s pace was undeniable as he set the fastest lap in class and secured a well-earned P2 finish, adding another podium to the team’s tally. Alim’s race ended prematurely after a late-race incident brought out the red flag, but not before he had shown great potential once again. Amir started deep in the field in P22 and fought his way through to an impressive P14 overall, finishing 8th in class.
Silverstone delivered everything we’ve come to expect from this legendary circuit we once called home – highs, challenges, and unforgettable moments. It was a fantastic weekend for the team, with Jason’s podium finish and fastest lap highlighting our competitiveness, and strong performances across the board from Alim, Wesley, and Amir.
